CLEAN - Using Flip Paints Furniture Degreaser
SCUFF - Light go over exisiting polyurethane with 120 grit sand paper to apply some grooves to the surface, clean off dust.
PRIME - Apply a coat of Flip Stick. White if you are using a light paint colour, Grey if you are using a darker paint colour.
PAINT - Apply 2 coats of your Flip Paint colour.
